I’ve been using these neuro gums for a little over a year. I like to have one in the afternoon instead of a cup of tea for a light energy boost to carry me through the rest of the day, but I’m still able to get to sleep at night just fine. I like the 40mg amount of caffeine. You can double it if needed, but for everyday use, 40mg is perfect for the afternoon slump.
