Ever since taking these before bed, I sleep all through the night. The nights I forget to take one, I wake up in the middle of the night and feel like I don’t sleep as sound. Definitely can tell the difference. I’m curious if my body will get use to them after a while or if they will still be effective after a month+.

Only giving it 3 stars because of the ingredients, I'm trying to limit the amount of additives in the things I eat but this gum is a different option for me for energy and focus next to having a cup of coffee or an energy drink to have sustained focus for longer periods
I like that it's a natural caffeine but I wish the ingredients were better and more minimal..... 5 different kinds of sweeteners?... Like c'mon that's a bit much and most of them are not good for the gut, everytime I have a piece of gum I start to have digestive issues
But other than that I like the energy and focus it gives me but a more natural minimal ingredient version would be awesome
