Most healthy adults can safely consume up to 400mg of caffeine per day (per FDA general guidance), which is about 10 pieces of Neuro Energy & Focus. We recommend 1–2 pieces at a time, as needed.

Neuro Gum is a zero calorie product. Depending on the length of time you chew it for (our gum base lasts for hours!), the real question might be, how many calories will you burn chewing Neuro?

Our gum is produced using an extremely high-quality gum base (this is why you can chew it for over an hour without it losing texture quality).
While it's generally a good idea to spit out your gum when the flavor runs out, swallowing it occasionally is fairly harmless in small pieces. Gum passes through your system pretty much just like other food, exiting the body in the same way.

In most cases, consuming Neuro Gum or Mints in combination with a B-complex supplement or multivitamin should be safe, as the B vitamin levels in our products are moderate. However, it's important to be aware of your total daily intake of B vitamins from all sources (supplements, fortified foods, etc.). If you are taking multiple B vitamin-containing products, you may want to check with your healthcare provider to ensure you are not exceeding the upper limits for B6 and B12. They can advise you on how to space out your intake safely.

This did not last long enough to capture the effects of the gum. Had to grab the Peppermint flavored one to get the taste out of my mouth. Now I don’t know what to do with it. The reviews had me thinking the initial taste would wear off and then be manageable. Should’ve found a 4 pack in a pharmacy 1st. Maybe it’ll serve as a reserve when my back is against the wall.

NNeuro1 month agoHi Sterly! Thanks for sharing your feedback. The formula hasn’t actually changed. The difference comes down to how the serving size is displayed. Previously, the amounts you mentioned (120 mg L-theanine and 80 mg caffeine) were based on a 2-piece serving, while on our website, the values are shown per 1 piece.
So when you take 2 pieces, you’re still getting the same total amount as before!
