Works to calm- not a fan of the taste
Product works well enough, but the flavor is chalky and not very pleasant in my opinion. I love the energy and focus ones and had really high hopes for these. If these tasted better I would give it 5 stars

Taste and texture are bad. It is large and must be kept in mouth for a very long time. Cannot bite or chew it. I didn’t wavt to keeo it in mouth so i cannot be upset my teen spit it out. It was for her but she will not eat another one. Herbal taste and gritty.
