I purchased the extra strength (100 mg caffeine) as this is half the strength as the pre-workout I normally take.
I purchased the spearmint flavour mints and found the taste to be very strong and bitter. I'm wondering if I purchased the regular strength, would the taste be better?
I think I will have a hard time to using up all 72 mints.

We started with the gum but my husband and I are not gum chewers. So we got the Energy & Focus mints. These were good but the extra strength are perfect for us! Not too much and not too little. we will continue with these.
