I have really bad insomnia due to a bunch a medical conditions and my pain levels and my medications but this is one of the few things that actually does help to ease me into sleep. It helps that there is a ritual part to it. When I take it I’m in bed, audiobook is playing, phone is on the nightstand, and I do fall asleep before the time does off about 70% of the time. That’s huge!
