1. Sponsor
This Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Neuro Gum, Inc., a company with a principal place of
business at 4675 S Valley View Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89103 (“Sponsor”).
2. Walmart Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Walmart Inc. or any of its affiliates. Walmart is not a sponsor of, and is not affiliated with or endorsing, this Sweepstakes. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not to Walmart.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on October 9, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
4. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least
eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in their state of residence (whichever is older), at the time of entry. Not eligible to enter or win: employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates; Sponsor's advertising and promotion agencies; independent contractors engaged by Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes; Rivo and its employees; and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and household members of each such individual, whether related or not. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
5. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://neurogum.com/pages/walmart-giveaway and either (a) create a free Neuro Rewards account, or (b) log in to an existing Neuro Rewards account. Each qualifying account creation or log-in during the Sweepstakes Period constitutes one (1) Entry. Merely holding a Neuro Rewards account created before the Sweepstakes Period begins does not, by itself, constitute an Entry — the entrant must create an account or log in during the Sweepstakes Period itself. Limit one (1) Entry per person, per email address, and per Neuro Rewards account for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of how many accounts, email addresses, or devices are used. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated or fraudulent means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected Entries.
Creating or logging into a Neuro Rewards account may enroll entrants to receive marketing emails from
Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy; entrants may unsubscribe at any time without affecting their Entry. Entry into this Sweepstakes does not require, and will never be conditioned on, opting into SMS/text message marketing, which remains entirely optional and separately opted into by the entrant.
6. Authorized Account Holder
“Authorized account holder” means the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access
provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the
domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be required to show proof that they are the authorized account holder of the email address and/or Neuro Rewards account associated with the winning Entry. If a dispute arises as to the identity of an entrant, the Entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter.
7. Prizes
One (1) Grand Prize: one (1) Walmart gift card with a value of $500. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):
$500.
Three (3) Runner-Up Prizes: one (1) Walmart gift card each, valued at $100. ARV: $100 each ($300 total).
Total ARV of all prizes: $800.
Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer (Walmart). Prizes are awarded “as is,” with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdirected prizes once issued. No cash redemption, transfer, or substitution of a prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
8. Prize Delivery
All prizes will be delivered as electronic (e-gift) Walmart gift cards sent to the winner's email address on file, within 10 business days of Sponsor's receipt of a signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (see Section 11).
9. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
10. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries on or about October 10–15,
2026, supervised by Sponsor or its designated representative. Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners using the email address or phone number on file, making up to two (2) attempts over a seven (7)-day period beginning with the date of the first attempt. A potential winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize if: (a) they do not respond within that seven (7)-day window; or (b) the contact information on file is invalid, or the notification is returned as undeliverable, such that Sponsor is unable to complete the notification attempts. Sponsor may then select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible Entries in its sole discretion. If, after reasonable attempts, a prize remains unclaimed, that prize may go unawarded.
11. Winner Obligations
Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of attempted notification. Failure to timely comply, or the return of any prize notification as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, with an alternate winner selected in Sponsor's sole discretion. Where permitted by law, Sponsor may require proof of identity and eligibility before a prize is awarded.
12. General Conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; and (b) release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should any factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control — including but not limited to a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or technical failure — corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
13. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or equipment/programming associated with the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone or network lines, hardware, or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in the entry process; (d) technical or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of a prize.
14. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner's consent to
Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, hometown, and state for
promotional and advertising purposes in any and all media, worldwide, without further payment, notification, review, or consent.
15. Disputes / Governing Law
Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
16. Taxes
All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners of a prize with an ARV of $600 or more will be issued an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the value received.
17. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://neurogum.com/pages/privacy-policy. By entering, entrants agree to Sponsor's collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in that policy.
18. Winner List
For the name of the prize winner(s), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Neuro Gum 4675 S Valley View Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89103. Attn: “Spooky Stock-Up” Giveaway Winner List. Requests must be received within thirty (30) days after the Sweepstakes ends.
