Neuro x Steve Aoki Concert Sweepstakes – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
The Neuro x Steve Aoki Concert Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who are active members of Neuro’s loyalty program (“Neuro Loyalty Program”) and who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Membership in the Neuro Loyalty Program is free and does not require a purchase.
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law.
Employees of NeuroGum, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Agreement to Rules
By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. You agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as they relate to all matters concerning the Sweepstakes.
3. Sweepstakes Period
Entries will be accepted beginning February 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT and ending February 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (“Sweepstakes Period”).
All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must:

Be or become a member of the Neuro Loyalty Program, and

Submit an entry through the official Sweepstakes entry method as provided by Sponsor.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Joining the Neuro Loyalty Program is free.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Attempts to enter more than once using multiple identities, email addresses, or devices may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:

Two (2) General Admission tickets to a Steve Aoki concert (date and location determined by Sponsor)

Round-trip economy airfare for winner and one (1) guest, capped at $1,000 USD total

One (1) hotel room for a maximum two (2) night stay

One (1) $500 USD Visa gift card for food and local transportation

Free Neuro product, ($500 USD value) details determined by Sponsor
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Up to $4,000 USD. Actual value may vary depending on travel and concert location.
The specifics of the prize shall be determined solely by Sponsor. No cash or prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. All federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not expressly listed are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city/state of residence, and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor after the Sweepstakes Period ends.
The winner will be notified by March 6, 2026 via Sponsor’s official customer service email: [email protected].
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, fails to respond within seven (7) days of notification, or fails to return required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
8. Verification
Winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where legally permitted, a Publicity Release prior to prize fulfillment.
9. Rights Granted by You
By entering, you grant Sponsor, its successors, assigns, and licensees the right to use your name, likeness, image, voice, statements, and biographical information worldwide, in perpetuity, in any media now known or hereafter developed, for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or engages in disruptive or fraudulent behavior.
11. Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Steve Aoki, concert venues, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.
12. Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in courts located in the State of Nevada.

To request the winner’s name, please email Sponsor and include “Steve Aoki Sweepstakes Winner” in the subject line.
