1. ELIGIBILITY Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Neuro Brands LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2. ENTRY PERIOD The Promotion begins on June 2, 2026 at 12:00 AM EDT and closes on June 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM EDT ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted outside of the Entry Period will not be eligible.
3. HOW TO ENTER Loyalty Members: Existing Neuro Rewards members may enter by completing the entry form at https://neurogum.com/pages/giveaway during the Entry Period. One (1) entry per person.
Non-Loyalty Members: Non-members may enter by completing the entry form at https://neurogum.com/pages/sign-up-giveaway during the Entry Period. By entering, non-members agree to enroll in the Neuro Rewards loyalty program as a condition of entry. Enrollment is free and constitutes no purchase. One (1) entry per person.

4. PRIZE One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,000. Actual value may vary based on departure location, travel dates, and availability. No cash equivalent or prize substitution permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable.
5. WINNER SELECTION One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing on or around June 12, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION The winner will be notified via email at the address provided at time of entry on or around June 12, 2026. The winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification to confirm eligibility and provide any required information. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
7. TRAVEL CONDITIONS All travel must be completed by August 31, 2026. Travel is subject to availability and blackout dates and must be booked in advance in coordination with Sponsor. Winner and guest must be 21 years of age or older. Winner and guest are responsible for all incidental charges, meals, transportation, and expenses not explicitly included in the prize description above.
8. TAXES All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 if the ARV of the prize exceeds $600.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the final decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.
10. PUBLICITY Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes winner's consent to use their name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or any other social media platform. By entering, participants release each applicable platform from any liability related to this Promotion.
12. PRIVACY Information collected through entry is subject to Neuro Brands' Privacy Policy at neurogum.com/privacy. Non-loyalty members who enroll as part of entry may receive Neuro Rewards program communications; participants may unsubscribe at any time.
