How do I start a subscription?

To start a subscription, simply choose your desired Neuro product and select your preferred delivery frequency during checkout. Proceed with the checkout process and your subscription will be activated.

Can I cancel my order before it has been shipped?

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you might need to adjust your order. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders totaling $35 and above for US orders. Additionally, free shipping is available for subscription orders and certain international countries.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use the United States Postal Service, First Mile,  FedEx, and UPS. To keep shipping rates down, we compare costs between these carriers and ship in the most efficient way.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer expedited shipping options. However, we strive to process and deliver orders promptly within our standard shipping timeframe.

How long does international shipping typically take?

For our customers in the US, typical delivery times range between 7-10 business days.

During the holiday season, shipping times may experience slight extensions due to increased demand. During peak holiday periods, there might be slight extensions in shipping times due to increased demand. However, please be assured that we are making every effort to expedite the delivery of your Neuro order to you promptly.

For our international customers, it's important to note that shipping outside the US may take up to 28 days from the moment your order leaves our US warehouse until it clears through customs and reaches your doorstep. While we are committed to facilitating a seamless delivery process, occasional delays beyond our control may occur

Can I exchange my order for a different size or flavor?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange it for a different flavor, no worries! You've got a 30-day window from the date of purchase to make the exchange. Do you provide return shipping labels, or is return shipping at my own expense?

While we're thrilled to offer free shipping to get Neuro Gum into your hands, we currently don't cover return shipping costs.

I wasn’t sure whether to order Meints or gum, but I thought the gum would go tasteless too soon so I ordered the mints. I almost sent them back because it was such a strong flavor at first and then I began to like it. Now I use the mints often and it does what it says it will do. I feel better!
