First of all, we'd like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your ongoing support. As a small business, we appreciate each and every one of you as we navigate through these times. To ensure the safety of our customers and ourselves, we're carefully following the guidelines (and more) laid out by the Center for Disease Control and PreventionAs part of a global community, Neuro is taking careful measures to prevent the spread and flatten the curve.

Here's what we're doing:

  • All team members are working from home but still here to help you with your needs. From marketing to customer happiness to sales, everyone's making sure we stay helpful.
  • Our online store, manufacturing facility, and warehouse will all remain open. As a small team, we can maintain responsibility across the board to ensure safety for us and you, the customer.
  • All product has been packaged in a sanitary, FDA-compliant setting. While this is something we always do, we're being extra careful - especially now.

Our state of mind couldn't be any more important in a time like this. Despite everything that's going on, we're all going through this together. Be conscious, spread kindness and positivity, and take some time each day to reset your mind, thoughts, and emotions.

Make sure to start each day with a few deep breaths. It'll reflect positively in your actions, because everything really does start in the mind.
